Alex Wozniak Company warrants merchandise covered under the Alex Wozniak Company Warranty Policy to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 Days from the original invoice shipping date. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at Alex Wozniak Company's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Merchandise covered under the Standard Warranty for Electronics Policy may be returned a) within 30 days of the original invoice shipping date for a refund, or b) within one year of the original invoice shipping date for a replacement of the same item. If the same item is not available and a repair cannot be completed, Caraudioandalarms.com reserves the right to replace the item with a similar or like model or issue store credit at the current selling price not to exceed the original purchase price. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must include the original box and any accessories. Additional restocking fees will apply to items returned incomplete.
Please note that we will not refund the shipping cost . All warranty related shipping charges to and from our facility are the responsibility of the customer.
International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and shipping charges to and from our facility.
Any item returned for warranty and found to be free from defect will be subject to a $25 testing fee.
Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.

ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY
Caraudioandalarm.com warrants electronic products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase with receipt. Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, Alex Wozniak Company will repair or replace (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise at no charge apart from shipping costs to and from our company. Warranty replacements may have cosmetic scratches and blemishes. Discontinued products may be replaced with more current equivalent replacement products or store credit will be given if no replacement model is available. The amount of store credit will be equivalent to the current selling price not to exceed the original purchase price. p>
This warranty is valid only for the ORIGINAL PURCHASER and is not extended to owners of the product subsequent to the original purchaser. Any applicable implied warranties are limited in duration to a period of the expressed warranty as provided herein beginning with the date of the original purchase from Caraudioandalarm.com, and no warranties, whether expressed or implied, shall apply to this product thereafter. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties; therefore these exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; however you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU NEED WARRANTY OR SERVICE
Prior to returning defective merchandise to Alex Wozniak Company for warranty, the customer must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may request an RMA number via Internet at awcsales@bellsouth.net . You may also request an RMA by phone at 1-901-379-0046 through our warranty and returns department.
The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. If no RMA number is included on the outside of the returned package, our receiving department will refuse the package. For electronics returns, we recommend the complete electronic product is returned along with harnesses, adaptors, and any accessories related to the operation of the product being returned. The return of functioning items and accessories may increase your return freight charges; however, it also increases your chance that your product’s defect will correctly be analyzed and all problems will be resolved. Non-defective items received will be returned freight collect or must be paid by the customer prior to return shipment. Additionally, non-defective merchandise returned for warranty is subject to a $25 testing fee if no defect is found.
Packages returned to Alex Wozniak Company must be prepaid; items sent freight collect, or COD, will be refused.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
This warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to improper installation.
- Subsequent damage to other components.
- Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV radiation.
- Damage through negligence, misuse, accident or abuse. Repeated returns for the same damage may be considered abuse.
- Burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former).
- Punctured or damaged surrounds.
- Broken speaker terminals.
- Bent, chipped or broken frames.
- Ripped spiders or damaged back plates.
- Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of product.
- Speakers damaged due to amplifier clipping or distortion.
- Electronics damaged due to amplifier clipping or distortion.
- Items previously repaired or modified by any unauthorized repair facility.
- Return shipping on defective or non-defective items.
- Products with tampered or missing Alex Wozniak Company labels or specific manufacturer serial numbers, tags or labels.
- Products returned without a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
- Freight Damage (goods damaged due to shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery)
- The cost of shipping product to Alex Wozniak Company.
- The cost of shipping product from Alex Wozniak Company upon completion of repair or replacement.
- Service performed by anyone other than Alex Wozniak Company.
